Should i dual wield unholy dk

I do not understand what is meant by "as well as giving 2-Handed Frost its own passive ability to make up the difference of not having two runeforge enchants". This ability just tunes base DPS.

It still does not give 2H something to compensate for the lack of a 2nd Runeforge. But this is just base tuning, and does not address the Runeforge discrepancy. Or both. That would drop the number of GCD to 1 from 3 currently, 2 with changes, for this combination. I suppose you never play one? That or you clearly don't understand the underlying problem the spec has been having since legion. The first few suggestions are no-brainers, but breath is a more controversial topic ; I really wish they'd at least bake whelps in.

Is it worth it respeccing to frost, what's the rotation?
