Can i keep my sympatico email

Ditching Bell but keeping sympatico email Can it be done? I am asking for a friend of mine. They had Bell DSL for a long time, started their business with a Symaptico email and switched to Rogers for home phone and internet.

Now because their business email is sympatico. What is the best way to transition or is there some law that prevents Bell from deleting the email account because it's a business? The best way to transition your email is spend a few months telling everyone your new email address.

Then one day cut off sympatico. Issues related to your browser like outdated or unsupported browser. Your system has been infected by some virus. Conflict or intrusion with any third-party software installed. Problem with the device like outdated OS or low disk space can also create glitches with Sympatico email. Enter your Bell email address and password. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. Choose where you want to search below Search Search the Community.

Search the community and support articles Outlook Outlook. I have changed my ISP and phone supplier from Bell. Bell, tell me I can no longer use the sympatico.

Since it is on Outlook which is a Microsoft company I do not see why I need to change. I cancelled my service and it got disconnected on Friday. I backed everything up thinking the sympatico email would stop working. It's still up and running. Does anybody have any experience with ISP provider emails continuing to work after cancellation? Better to switch to a non-Bell email account before it gets cancelled and you lose access. True that. Bell once screwed up my email out of the blue I didn't even cancel and they claimed they couldn't fix it so I lost it.

That day was the day I switched to a non ISP email and never looked back. They often continue to work until someone does an audit I don't recall exactly, but it was several months before my Sympatico email ID was cancelled, so I had plenty of time to manage the changeover.

However as a previous poster mentioned, you can't count on this. Also note that since I switched, Bell has switched or is in the process of switching from using Microsoft as the email platform to an internal Bell platform.
